Breathing is the new yoga, it is a modern psycho-physical medicine. Breathing training is now spreading in both the business and medical worlds, thereby improving physical, emotional and psychological health. This means better performance, higher productivity and more success in your life.

Why not bring the benefits of breathing into your life? Private learning and practice based different breathing techniques (Pranayama, Sufi, Tantra, Liberating and Spiritual Breathing, Dan Brulé teachings) will give you the right tools to create rapid changes in your daily life.

This online individual session is for those who are ready for change and for those who are halfway towards a healing. This session allows the person to find personal, restrictive breathing patterns and learn how to create and bring change in their daily lives by using different breathing exercises.

The goal of this online individual session is to help each participant personally find effective breathing techniques for coping on a daily basis and strengthening the immune system.

The participant does not need to have previous experience of yoga, meditation or breathwork.

Session ends with a short discussion, answering questions and a summary.

The session will include recommended home practice – the participant will receive breathing exercises that will help them move towards their personal goals.

The duration of the session is about 1.5-2 hours. The cost of the session is 80 euros. Up to three participants.

The sessions will take place online in the Zoom environment of the webinar (unless otherwise agreed).
