REDUCING STRESS BY BREATHING

Are there leaders who have never experienced stress? Conscious breathing helps to reduce stress caused by hard work or domestic problems. Focusing on breathing allows us to organize our thoughts and calm our nerves.

During our lifetime, our breathing ability decreases if we don’t pay attention to it or use the proper techniques. Holding our breath involuntarily does not allow our energies to move. However, breathing exercises can help you to learn to breathe properly and manage your emotions.

Breathing exercises help you to reduce stress which leads to having more energy and a sharper mind. Conscious breathing is the easiest way to get rid of nervousness, for example before a board or council meeting. Thus, breathing exercises are especially important for people with responsible and intense jobs.

Breathing techniques can be applied everywhere – they are always with you.

 THE COMPONENTS OF BREATH TRAINING

A group course of 4-6 breathing classes helps the participants to discover their individual restraining breathing patterns and learn how to introduce changes in their daily routine with different breathing exercises. Using special breathing exercises, we create a deeper contact, understanding and synergy between participants.

There might be a solution for previously experienced insults, rivalry, hatred, contempt, envy, and other emotional conflicts.

The aim of the course is to create a closer contact and synergy between the participants and to move smoothly towards collective goals, respecting and accepting all parties.

1. class: Three cornerstones of conscious breathing. How to cleanse the body by breathing. Learning to establish a true contact with yourself and your center. How to relieve pain and fatigue.
2. class:  „All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.” You´ll learn to relax in stressful situations. How to establish a better contact with your body and feelings?

3. class: The basics of anatomy of the respiratory and nervous system. You will learn how to relieve the tensions particularly associated with vocal expression and the feeling of having swallowed your tongue. You´ll learn to express yourself with your entire being and to truly stand up for yourself.
4. class: Stress reduction through breathing. How does yawning improve your health? You will learn to cleanse your body of headaches, sleep disorders and excess weight. Anti-depression breathing.

5. class: How could breathing strengthen the intimacy with yourself? With my colleagues? With my partner? With a competitor? Conscious breathing will help you to defend your opinions, respecting and accepting yourself and your opponent.
6. class: Creative breathing and boosting your energy levels. How to charge yourself with only 20 minutes of breathing and feel as if you had slept for 8 hours? How to break free and think creatively?

Each class ends with a short discussion, a Q/A session and a summary.
There will be homework – participants will be assigned breathing exercises which help them reach personal goals.
70% of the class are physical activities, 30% theory and discussion.
Bring a notebook so that the important message is not lost.

• 1x for a group of 6 to 15 people until the 28th of February, 240 euro (normally 380 euro)
• 1x for a group of 3 people, 120 euro
• 4-6x for a group of up to 6 people, 160 euro/class
• 4-6x for a group of 7 to15 people, 200 euro/class
• 4-6x for a group of 16+ people, based on individual agreement
• *Trial class for up to 3 people, 120 euro (normally 180 euro)
